Jennifer had a difficult life growing up. Her ‘parents’ expected the best of her. As she was growing up, she realised she couldn’t act as her parents expected. She escaped home seeing that her family didn’t understand her. She ended up at her aunt’s house. Her aunt was an old woman that lived alone and had never married. Her aunt ended up being a monster and trying to kill her. She almost get killed if it wasn’t for one of her “aunt’s neighbour” He turned out to be a Satyr that explained everything to her and took her to camp. She tends to relate with her sisters more than with her brothers.

Demetra, also known as Demi, is obsessed with music. Some people thought that her father was Apollo because of her love for music, but she knew that he wasn’t. She knew that her mother was Philophrosyne, goddess of welcome, kindness, and friendliness. She knew that because she was always nice to people, even when they’re being a bitch to her. Another way she knew that was she always had friends.
When he was 10, his mother moved in with her boyfriend and married him when he reached 12. It was probably the worse mistake that she ever made. The man was abusive and often violent towards Gale when she wasn’t around. He hit the kid often when he was in the garden, usually finding out more about his powers. The kid used to pray to his father, for him to rescue Gale from the madness where he was leaving.
Once, when he was done with it, he told his mother, that refused to believe in him, prefering to listen to his step-father and send him to a boarding school. He didn’t last much there too, seeing as the time he spent with the man made him violent enough to be expelled. In the day he was going to be sent back to his home, back in Michigan, he meet an Aellai (female storm wind spirit) sent by his father called Alexis, who was meant to be his protector.
She guided him to the Camp, but made a deal with him. Half of his soul would remain with her for the time being, but every time he needed her, to protection or personal plans, she’d be obliged to help. She would possess him and give him the ability to fly and bring mini-storms around whenever he needed.
